| What equipment do I need to run ISS? Recommended minimum hardware specifications are: Pentium Class processor, 256 MEGS of RAM, 70 MEGS of free hard disk space, Microsoft Windows® 2000 Pro (or later) or Windows XP Professional, laser/ink jet printer and access to the internet (preferably high-speed connection). |
| Will ISS work in a network environment? Yes, it is designed to work in network outfits. |
| What if I don't need the full system now but want to add to it later? You get the whole system when it is shipped. ISS software is designed with certain access codes. When you're ready for more, you can phone, fax, or e-mail us, and we'll unlock the access code. |
| Can ISS handle all of my needs? I do various types of work. Doesn't matter what you do. If it's pitching tents or building hotels, ISS can handle your needs. The flexible chart of accounts/cost codes and the user defined job management sheets make tracking different types of jobs a breeze. |
| How many open jobs can ISS handle at any one time? There is no limit to the number of active jobs that can be handled at one time. I take that back. The job identifier field is a 10 position field. If 3,656,158,440,063,000 (3 quadrillion, 656 trillion, 158 billion, 440 million and 63 thousand) is not enough, give us a call. |
| What about me? I am a small company with limited staff and funds. Not to worry. Even if your staff includes only you and an answering machine, ISS has the products to meet your needs and budget. |
| Can I get a demonstration? You set the schedule for a web demo. 2:15 AM, 6:33 AM, 12:39 PM, 10:23 PM - It doesn't matter to us, we'll be there (even though you won't see us) at your convenience. |
| What are my payment options? Well, we don't take coupons or eggs but we do accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Check, and Cash. If this doesn't cover it, check with our sales staff for other options. ISS will never ask for your first born. |
| Why should I buy ISS? You should buy ISS if you're looking for a lasting business relationship with people who are truly concerned about you and your company. That's about it in a nutshell. Obviously, we feel like our Construction Manager software is the best on the market, but you'll hear that from all software vendors; but we KNOW our people are the best!
